Shipping policy
For the best user experience, most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding special holidays) Most items sold by StyleEV are received within 7 to 15 business days.
In order to provide the best price ratio, we ship from the local warehouse closest to the buyer's address.
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding special holidays (except for customized items that are out of stock).
If your address belongs to a remote area, an additional remote area fee will be charged. (Our customer service staff will contact you to pay a small shipping fee for remote areas such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.).
In most cases, military addresses such as APO/FPO cannot be shipped, nor can commercial couriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL and TNT ship APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
For certain EU countries, we may choose to ship through certain duty-free channels. The declared value of the shipment will be less than the actual value.
UPS, FedEx and USPS are preferred carriers based on channel requirements, and a customer signature is required at the time of delivery. Shipping methods vary by product type.
Our responsibility for the shipment ends when we receive confirmation from the carrier (UPS, FedEx and USPS) that the shipment has been delivered to your address.
If the shipment is not found at your delivery location after signing for it, we will not be able to replace or refund your purchase price and the responsibility for the shipment will be yours.
