Cancellation Policy

In order to protect the rights of our customers and to maintain StyleEV's reputation, it is important to ensure that customers are not unfairly charged and are able to easily withdraw from the service in the event of dissatisfaction.

Customers can usually cancel a subscription or reservation under the following circumstances:


1. Time Limit: In order to satisfy the user's experience, orders are unconditionally canceled within 24 hours of ordering for a full refund.

2. Unused Services: Customers will normally have the right to cancel a subscription or booking if they have not yet started using the Services.

3. Special Circumstances: In some special circumstances, such as service quality problems or force majeure events or long waiting time for some customized products, the customer has the right to cancel the subscription or booking.

In short, no matter what the reason, customers must contact customer service in advance when you want to cancel the order. If the goods have been sent but you have not yet received them, please refer to the return policy.
